Sports drinks are a great way to keep you hydrated during an excrutiating work out, or during a run out on a hot summer day. Choosing the right sports drink though, is just as important as choosing a sports drink to begin with. You want to make sure that your sports drink is going to keep you cool, hydrated, and will keep you going through the entire workout. So, when choosing a sports drink, you are going to want to find something which is high in electrolytes.
